Your new company
You will be joining an existing team at a large organisation in the Edinburgh area. Due to a new project being signed off, they are looking to add an experienced driver/labourer for a contract running throughout the majority of 2026.
Your new role
- General labouring work across various sites and locations, including working alongside the public.
- Working as part of a hard landscaping squad doing basic groundwork, manual handling and working with machinery.
- This role may also include soft landscaping duties such as grass cutting, hedge trimming and general garden clearance.
- At times, this role can require quite physical work, so manual handling, both as an individual and as part of a team, will be needed.
- Working well as part of a wider team to complete the work on time and to a high standard.
- Driving the work vehicle where required in a safe courteous manner at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need to be able to undertake hard manual work as this job will require you to work on your feet all day.
- It would be advantageous for applicants to have worked in a similar environment before, however not essential to be considered for this position.
- Due to the nature of this role, no CSCS card is needed.
- However, you MUST have a UK Driving Licence to be considered.
