Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Viva Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide Employee Experience and Workforce Insights solutions using the Microsoft Viva suite. This role will be responsible for translating business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with organizational objectives, technology standards, and governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Viva Insights, Viva Engage, Viva Learning, Viva Connections, Viva Goals, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Graph.
