My client is looking for an experienced Microsoft specialist to design the technical, governance, workforce and operational foundations for the following:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, environment strategy, ALM, DLP)
- AI enabled solutions and agents
- Citizen development models
- Supporting infrastructure, governance, safety, and IG compliance
- Designing a secure, scalable technical architecture covering:
- Power Platform environment strategy (development, test, production; separation of duties; ALM pipelines; solution first development)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies appropriate for NHS information governance standards
- Power Automate workflow hosting, monitoring, auditing, and error handling approaches
- Power Apps deployment model, environment security, app lifecycle and catalogue governance
- AI Agent and automated decision support patterns aligned with NHS clinical safety standards (DCB0129/0160)
- Monitoring and observability (Power Platform Centre of Excellence components, telemetry, usage dashboards)
- Administrative and governance model (roles, permissions, least privilege, Zero Trust, cyber resilience)
- Compliance and auditability aligned to the Digital Strategy, Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), and national cyber-security expectations
Strong Public Sector experience is highly desirable.
