Your new role
As an MEP BIM Engineer, based in Birmingham, you will play a key role in the development, coordination and optimisation of mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) building services models. Working closely with design engineers, project teams and offsite fabrication specialists, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality, fully coordinated BIM models that support both construction and prefabrication processes. You will be actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, from design coordination through to installation validation and as-built handover, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency at every stage.
