Your new company is a respected social housing provider seeking a skilled Electrician to join their property services team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing homes across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire, working in both void properties and occupied homes.

Your new role:
- Electrical maintenance and repairs across domestic social housing
- Diagnosing faults and completing remedial works to a high standard
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Working across occupied and empty (void) properties
- Participating in a call-out rota with additional payments
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents
What you’ll need to succeed:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
