Due to growth in their Marine team, a position for a Cargo Account Handler / Technician has arisen.
In your new role as an Account Handler / Technician within the Marine Client Services team, you will play a key part in supporting broking activity with a particular focus on Cargo business. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, providing high-quality technical and administrative support to both brokers and clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing slips
- Drafting policy documentation and wordings
- Preparing renewal information for market submission
- Involvement in premium processing, including the production of debit and credit notes
- Ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and contract certainty requirements
