Our client is a highly-respected claimant law firm who are looking to strengthen their Manchester Clinical Negligence team. They are currently recruiting for a senior lawyer with a minimum of 4+ PQE to join on a hybrid basis. Manage high-quality clinical negligence cases from initial interview to settlement. Handling JSMs/ADR and progressing cases through to trial (including split trials where required). Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with a minimum of 4+ years post-qualified clinical negligence experience. Previous experience handling a high-value caseload of claimant clinical negligence claims. Ability to lead on strategy for complex litigation and advise junior team members. Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills, including experience with JSMs and ADR.
