/n A growing Manchester-based consultancy is looking to strengthen its Building Surveying team, delivering high-quality insights across residential, commercial and public sector projects. Due to continued growth, the business is seeking a skilled Senior/Associate Building Surveyor to join its dynamic and collaborative team, combining professional excellence with a positive working culture.

Your new role
/n
/n
- Working with Commercial clients on Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, and PPMs.
/n
- Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
/n
- Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards of project execution and deadlines are met.
/n
- Take the lead in developing fellow surveyors by actively supporting the Quality Assurance process and providing coaching to enhance their skills, motivation, and professional growth.
/n
- Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
/n
- Support the growth of the business by providing customers with outstanding services and giving input into the wider business development strategy.
/n

What you'll need to succeed
/n
/n
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or close to becoming chartered in the next 12 months.
/n
- Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying.
/n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
/n
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed. /n
