Your new role

This procurement and commercial solicitor role will see you handle an interesting mix of work. The role will involve advising clients on procurement law issues under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Procurement Act 2023 and Procurement Regulations 2024, as well as the Provider Selection Regime. You will advise on the procurement process and how to structure procurement projects. In addition, you will advise on a range of commercial contracts including services and goods contracts, framework agreements and call-off terms, concession contracts, grant agreements, collaboration agreements and contracts based on standard templates. The client list is impressive and is focused around public sector clients. The role will see you work across the national team and partner closely with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a procurement or commercial lawyer with 3+ years' pqe or operating up to and including Legal Director level. With good technical skills, you should be adept at working closely with clients and colleagues. Applications are welcomed from those looking to work part-time.
