/n A well-established regional building contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to support a number of live and upcoming construction projects across the North West. Operating across both residential and commercial sectors, the company delivers high-quality developments ranging from new build housing schemes to bespoke clubhouse and community facilities.

Your new role
/n Due to an increase in workload, an opportunity has arisen for a Freelance Site Engineer to join the team on a temporary basis. Projects may include new build residential developments and the construction of new clubhouse facilities.
/n
Your duties will include:
/n
Setting out for all aspects of the build programme
/n Providing accurate surveys and measurements on site
/n Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
/n Liaising with Site Managers, Project Managers and subcontractors
/n Maintaining site records and QA documentation
/n Supporting health & safety compliance across the project
/n Assisting with progress reporting and as-built information
/n
What you'll need to succeed
/n Previous experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industry
/n Strong setting out experience on new build projects
/n Proficient with robotic total stations and surveying equipment
/n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
/n CSCS Card essentialFull UK driving licence
/n Strong communication and organisational skills
/n
