Your new role
\n This home working clinical negligence solicitor role will see you handle a defendant caseload. You will enjoy working on a broad range of matters that will include: drafting reports, interviewing witnesses, instructing experts and counsel, attending Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings, advising on quantum and negotiating settlements, conferences with Counsel as well as trials and mediations.
What you'll need to succeed
\n You should be a clinical negligence lawyer with 1+ year's PQE or operating up to and including Legal Director level. You will have well rounded clinical negligence experience and have the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
