This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate tax professional seeking a leadership role within a dynamic and ambitious business. As a Senior Business Tax Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, providing both compliance and advisory services while supporting the continued growth of the tax practice. Managing and overseeing a team of qualified and part-qualified tax professionals, including coaching, mentoring and performance management. Leading the delivery of high-quality corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a varied client portfolio. Managing project delivery, monitoring budgets, risks and timelines, and ensuring clients are kept informed throughout engagements. Providing technical expertise on complex tax matters and supporting colleagues across the wider tax team. Supporting business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities and helping to win new work. Contributing to the achievement of financial targets through effective client management, billing and cash collection. Identifying and implementing process improvements and supporting strategic and technology-driven initiatives within the tax practice. To be successful in this position, you will bring strong corporate tax experience, excellent leadership skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service. ACA, ACCA, CA and/or CTA qualification. Significant corporate tax experience gained within practice and/or industry. The ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. Proven experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business development opportunities. A proactive approach to problem solving and delivering practical tax solutions.
