Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading manufacturing company on Anglesey to recruit a Management Accountant. The company is a forward-thinking and growing business which produces world-class products and re-invests profits to stay ahead of the competition. The site on Anglesey is modern and well-equipped with a focus on Lean manufacturing and process improvement.

The newly appointed Management Accountant will join an established team and will report to an experienced Financial Controller. You will provide effective business partnering with key stakeholders across the site, analyse operational and business data, and support the strategic and operational decision-making process. This includes providing regular, relevant and insightful reporting and analysis to the Site Management Team and supporting and challenging them in the continual business improvement process as well as in delivering overall site goals and initiatives.

The role holder will work closely with the Financial Controller to facilitate effective and accurate weekly reporting, KPIs and various site metrics to drive and influence operational and business performance. This is a great opportunity for either a progressive and career-driven management accountant or a proven and stable accountant that wants to add value and work for a reputable and resilient business.
