Your new company We are working with a public sector organisation who are looking to employ a committed and meticulous Management Accountant to join their vibrant finance team. This position offers a hybrid working setup, allowing you to balance office and remote work. As a Management Accountant, you will be instrumental in managing financial operations and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Supervise and mentor a junior team member, providing guidance and support.
