Position: Maintenance Planner

Location: Welwyn

Salary: £14.60 per hour / Premium £16.35 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week (8:45 AM – 5:15 PM, 1-hour lunch break)

Team Size: 3 members

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our corporate business team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Analysing data on contracts
• Checking compliance for sites and tickets
• Conducting audits
• Raising work requests for planned maintenance
• Managing PPM schedules for electrical, mechanical, and building systems
