Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Electrical Bias Location: Worksop Shift work, 2-week rotation: Week 1: 6am – 4pm, Week 2: 4pm – 2am Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of electrical systems and equipment. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of electrical and electro-mechanical plant or machinery and site services by operating a planned preventive maintenance schedule (PPM). Prompt response to equipment fault. Make safe, effective and timely repairs to minimise production downtime. Report any problem regarding equipment and machinery immediately to the Maintenance Planner / Manager. Use Root Cause Analysis to identify problems and practical problem-solving techniques to drive continuous improvement (CI) Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with colleagues. This includes delivery of clear and concise handover information. Ensure conformity and safe working practices in accordance with the company policies.
