Your new role
My client is seeking a part-time Student Liaison Administrator to provide a professional, welcoming first point of contact for students and staff at a teaching venue in Lowestoft. This is a varied, customer-facing role combining reception duties, enquiry handling and administrative support. You'll work independently on site while being part of a wider central team, delivering excellent service and effective signposting to academic and student support services.
Key duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact via reception, email and telephone
- Managing enquiries and signposting to relevant services
- Supporting student services bookings and attendance monitoring
- Maintaining accurate records and administrative processes
- Liaising with college staff and maintaining on-site information
About you:
- Experienced in a front-line customer service role
- Confident working independently
- Strong communicator with excellent IT skills

- Experience in Further or Higher Education is desirable
