We're seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end acquisition and delivery of small data centre sites within a regulated financial services environment. This role is responsible for driving execution from design through to build and delivery, working closely with procurement and external partners, while retaining full ownership of project outcomes.
Hybrid - 3 days / week in the office.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre build projects (infrastructure, cages, fit-out).
- Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee third-party vendors and delivery partners, ensuring performance and accountability.
- Ensure adherence to governance, change management, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience delivering data centre projects end-to-end.
- Strong background in vendor management and working with third parties.
- Solid financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
