My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a UX / Service Designer to join a business-critical programme for an end client.

  • Design low-friction, compliant UX for sensitive flows, including vulnerability declaration (FCA Consumer Duty, GDPR Art. 9) and financial decision-making.
  • Lead the confirmation and payment experience, including one-tap VRP journeys and clear tariff/impact visualisations across web and mobile.
  • Define notification and communication design, including reminders, consent renewals, and affordability triggers, ensuring auditability and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive dual-track discovery, running research ahead of delivery, producing testable designs and insights to inform engineering and data science teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and stakeholders to deliver accessible, inclusive, and high-performing user experiences in a regulated environment.
