Your new company is an established Global Lloyd's Broker with over 700 employees worldwide, operating in more than 150 countries. They are a top 10 contributor to Lloyd's and have a strong client-focused approach. Due to expansion within the Worldwide property team, a permanent role for a Senior Account Handler / Technician has arisen.
Your new role will involve providing open-market technical support on Insurance/Reinsurance, single-slip/multi-layered programmes, including catastrophe-exposed areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day client servicing from initial submission of risks to handover to the technical team for invoicing.
- Preparing renewal presentations to brokers and Open Market Reform Contracts, including endorsements and adjustments.
- Producing client documentation and ensuring Contract Certainty.
- Preparing statistical analysis, including loss runs where necessary.
- Undertaking any other responsibilities necessary for the proper performance of the role.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience producing Worldwide Open Market Property documentation, including MRC slips. Ideally, you should have working knowledge of Crystal, be able to use Electronic Placement systems, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook and Internet Explorer. Strong communication skills and an affinity for relationship building are essential.
You will receive a generous package of up to £110,000 d.o.e, plus excellent pension and benefits. This role will be based 5 days a week in the office.
