A leading SAP Consulting Partner is continuing to invest heavily in its Human Capital and people transformation capabilities. To support continued growth, the business is seeking a high-calibre SAP SuccessFactors professional to play a key role in leading and delivering complex HR transformation programmes. The successful candidate will work with a broad client base across multiple sectors, helping organisations realise value from their SuccessFactors investment through thoughtful design, strong delivery, and trusted advisory support.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of client engagements, influence solution strategy, and further develop subject-matter expertise in SuccessFactors within a highly regarded consulting environment. Due to project demand, applications from candidates with Employee Central and Learning module expertise will be prioritised.

Role Overview

The Employee Central Lead will engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand business and HR objectives, translating these into robust, scalable SuccessFactors solutions. They will be responsible for leading delivery teams, guiding clients through design decisions, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes from start to finish.

Skills and Experience Required

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Learning certification (or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operating models, processes, and leading practices.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is essential.
