Your new company
Our client is a specialist contractor delivering façade remediation and fire safety works across London. With an extremely busy and sustained order book, the business is currently operating across multiple live, occupied schemes throughout Central and South London, with project durations typically around three months per site.
Due to ongoing workload and continued project awards, several Resident Liaison Officers are being recruited to support live delivery teams across the capital.
Your new role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing communication and engagement with residents across a portfolio of live façade remediation projects. This is a site-based role working across multiple live schemes, with occasional visits to a South East London office. The role will suit an experienced RLO who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple sites and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residents during façade remediation works
- Coordinating resident communication across multiple occupied sites
- Preparing and issuing newsletters, letters and project updates
- Managing access arrangements and resident appointments
- Attending resident meetings, drop-ins and consultations
- Handling resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically
- Supporting vulnerable residents where required
- Liaising closely with Site Managers and project teams
- Maintaining accurate records of resident engagement and correspondence
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within:
- Façade remediation
- Fire safety or cladding works
- Planned maintenance or major works
