They handle the most complex and high profile cases faced by professional regulators, including the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Bar Standards Board (BSB). They are looking for an experienced advocate to present cases at final substantive hearing and represent regulators at interim application and case management hearings. These include those involving dishonesty, fraud, sexual misconduct and serious instances of deficient professional performance.
