This popular City firm is looking to hire two ambitious associates to specialise in site acquisition and development projects. The role will involve negotiating development agreements and conditional contracts and advising on potential title problems through to completion as well as supporting on larger projects.

You will be familiar with site acquisition and disposals documents, conditional contracts, option and development agreements, land transfers and SDLA returns. Clients will include registered providers of social housing and care homes, through to pension funds and private developers.

The role will also include an opportunity to provide support on property aspects of larger projects such as joint ventures, leisure projects, regeneration projects and care. Previous relevant experience is essential.
