A well-established and growing property consultancy is seeking a Business Rates Surveyor to join its dynamic, multi-disciplined team. Rent reviews and lease renewals. Instructions cover a diverse portfolio of property types such as retail, offices, industrial and warehouse premises, laboratories, artist studios and residential development land, with a particular emphasis on London and the South East. Clients include corporate occupiers, charities, high net worth individuals, developers and public sector organisations.
About You
This position would suit a newly qualified Surveyor from a general practice background, although applications are also welcomed from those approaching qualification or with several years' pseudostratification experience. You will be confident in dealing with new and unusual instructions and keen to play an active role in business generation, networking and client relationship development.
