This dynamic City firm with a market-leading payments regulatory practice is looking for an ambitious lawyer to join the team. You will be advising clients including payment and e-money firms, TPPs, payment processors and banks on the range of payments systems, payment methods and infrastructure that supports and connects the payments value chain.
You will also be involved in new products and services and the establishment of new financial services businesses as well as advising on all aspects of the provision of payment services by both bank and non-bank PSPs and e-money issuers, drafting B2C and B2B agreements and assisting clients with authorisation applications and compliance matters.
