Your new role
/n Location: South/South West London
/n Pay: £26-27/hr through an Umbrella Company
/n Contract: Ongoing temporary position
/n Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trader to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and installation work across residential properties in South London. This is an ongoing temporary role offering consistent hours and reliable long-term work. Key Responsibilities:
/n
- Fitting kitchens and bathrooms
/n - Plumbing repairs, maintenance and small installations
/n - Ad hoc carpentry and minor works
/n - Identify and resolve faults efficiently
/n - Work to current safety and compliance standards
/n - Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism on site
/n
What you'll need to succeed
/n - Proven experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms in a residential capacity
/n - Own tools and a reliable van with full business insurance
/n - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
/n - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
/n - Basic DBS check required (we will run this on your behalf)
/n
What you'll receive
/n Competitive hourly rate of £27/hr (Umbrella). Please note, we are unable to pay Ltd or CIS for this assignment.
/n Long-term, ongoing work
/n Monday to Friday schedule with stable hours
