A leading fintech organisation specialising in payments technology is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to support on a focused project for an initial 10 weeks. This role offers C-Suite exposure and the opportunity to play a pivotal role within a lean legal team.

Reporting into both the Senior Legal Counsel and CFO, you will primarily review, organise, and standardise revenue-generating customer contracts across the business. In addition to this, the role will also be pivotal in:

  • Template & boilerplate development
  • Establishment of legal document management processes
  • Corporate governance review (including shareholder and C-Suite engagement) and Companies House filings

You will need proven experience in commercial contract law, legal operations, legal administration, or paralegal support, ideally within a technology, SaaS, fintech or PE-backed environment. Additionally, to excel, you would need:

  • Strong experience reviewing and negotiating customer and revenue-generating commercial agreements.
  • Familiarity with UK Companies House filings, statutory compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver a structured programme of work within a defined timeframe.
  • Experience implementing legal document repositories or contract lifecycle management processes is desirable.

A competitive day rate of up to £400 (PAYE) is offered along with a hybrid working arrangement and a fast-paced role with a broad and fulfilling remit.
