Interim HR Business Partner - Trading experience
3-6 Month Contract | c£400 per day | Hybrid Working (3 Days Onsite)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, commercially driven organisation operating within the financial markets sector. This role requires a credible HR professional who can quickly build relationships, influence senior stakeholders and provide strategic and operational HR support across a specialist client group. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a high-performance environment and have previous experience partnering with front-office trading populations. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent and organisational change.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Coach and challenge managers to drive engagement, performance and accountability.
- Lead and support HR projects and change initiatives as required.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
About You
- Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner within a trading, commodities, investment banking or wider financial markets environment.
- Previous experience supporting front-office traders is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations issues.
- Commercially focused with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
- Available to start at short notice or immediately.
