A leading global investment bank is hiring an experienced Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its Markets Change function. The role focuses on delivering front-to-back change across Markets products and infrastructure, supporting regulatory and strategic initiatives across the EU and globally.

- Duration - 9-12 months
- Hybrid - 3 days / week in office
- Rate - £650 - £750 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end Markets initiatives, from requirements and impact assessment through to go-live
- Act as a trusted delivery lead and subject matter expert for senior business and technology stakeholders
- Define and document product, operating model and infrastructure requirements
- Conduct front-to-back impact assessments across trade execution, booking models, clearing, collateral, settlement, Finance, Risk and regulatory reporting
- Produce delivery artefacts including plans, requirements, option papers, impact assessments and cost proposals
- Partner with Product Managers and Application Leads to define scope, costs, timelines and delivery plans
- Manage UAT cycles, production readiness, risks, issues and dependencies within formal change governance
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience as a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst within Capital Markets / Investment Banking
- Strong delivery experience across Markets products (FX, Derivatives, Commodities)
- Solid knowledge of EU Markets regulations (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR)
- Strong understanding of Markets infrastructure, including trade execution, clearing, collateral and settlement platforms (e.g. Broadridge or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and with tools such as Jira
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, structured delivery plans
