Your new role
In this Events Executive position, you will support the delivery of a busy annual events programme, working closely with the events lead to ensure smooth planning and on‑site execution. Your responsibilities will include coordinating venues and suppliers, managing event logistics, preparing detailed event documentation, and overseeing guest communications and RSVPs. You'll attend most events nationwide, helping with set‑up, guest registration, troubleshooting and pack‑down. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and will involve regular evening and weekend work.
What you'll need to succeed
1-3 years' experience in event coordination or operations, with strong organisational skills and excellent communication. Confidence working across both planning and on‑site delivery, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Flexibility to travel across the UK and to work frequent evenings and weekends as part of the events schedule.
