We are looking for an experienced Talent Development Partner to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a key role focused on driving the organisation's talent agenda, ensuring we have the right people, skills and leadership capability to support future growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead initiatives across succession planning, workforce planning, performance management and capability development, helping to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce. Talent & Succession Planning Lead the annual talent and succession planning cycle. Work with leaders to assess talent, identify potential and create development plans. Support talent review discussions and calibration processes. Workforce Planning Utilise people data and insights to inform decision-making. Performance Management Drive and continuously improve the performance management framework. Support leaders in setting objectives, conducting performance reviews and managing development conversations. Ensure a consistent approach to performance and talent practices across the organisation. Monitor performance outcomes and identify trends and improvement opportunities. Capability & Leadership Development Partner with leaders to identify development needs across teams. Support the creation and implementation of learning and development programmes. Develop pathways for leadership and high-potential talent development. Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted advisor on talent and organisational development matters. Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to embed talent strategies and initiatives. Proven experience in a Talent Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management or Learning Partner role. Strong experience leading succession planning and workforce planning initiatives. Experience managing and improving performance management frameworks. Demonstrated capability in designing and delivering talent and capability development programmes. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
