My client is a high profile consultancy who are seeking a DevOps Engineer / ElasticSearch SME, with Active Security Clearance (SC) to join a business critical programme for an end client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer / ElasticSearch SME with Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Working experience using ElasticSearch as core component, not just ELK logging
- Hands on support of legacy applications and infrastructure
- Strong experience with Nginx and Apache Tomcat
- Working knowledge of Containerisation / Virtualisation (e.g. Docker, VMware) and Linux with Shell scripting
- Hands-on experience supporting ElasticSearch integrations (indexing, query DSL etc) and experience supporting search-driven services (JSON, Logstash, Kibana etc)
- Experience with Platforms and Operation Systems including Oracle Solaris 10, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, Windows Server 2008 / 2016 / 2019, VMware ESX v6, Docker, IBM Initiate (Master Data Management)
Nice to have:
- Working experience with Java, Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) and JSP
