Derivatives Lawyers 3+ and 6+
\n This top 10 City firm with a highly-ranked derivatives team is looking to hire two ambitious lawyers to advise on complex transactions across Europe, the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Africa and the Middle East. You will be advising global investment banks, fund managers, corporates, hedge funds, clearinghouses and derivatives service providers on the entire spectrum of derivatives transactions and associated regulatory issues. Relevant experience from a top-tier UK/US firm or in-house is essential. You will have a solid understanding of derivative products and financial markets and expertise in ISDA documentation, collateral arrangements, structured derivatives and related regulatory frameworks.
