Overview

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation on a major EMEA-wide transformation programme, and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong CLM platform experience to join the team. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and business change, supporting a strategic re-platforming programme that is reshaping core finance and markets systems.

The Role

You'll play a key role in ensuring alignment between enterprise data strategy and the CLM platform (Fenergo), contributing to data migration, platform enhancement, and design of future-state architecture. Key areas of focus include:

  • Supporting CLM (Fenergo) migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Analysing impacts of upstream systems (e.g. General Ledger, Murex) on client and account data
  • Defining and managing identifier strategies and data models across systems
  • Collaborating with architecture, data, and delivery teams to translate enterprise design into actionable requirements
  • Driving CLM platform enhancements and change requests
  • Supporting operational readiness, testing, and cutover activities

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise data transformation programmes
  • CLM platform experience (essential)
  • Strong data analysis skills (data mapping, lineage, migration, reconciliation)
  • Experience working across multiple systems and data domains
  • Proven ability to engage with business, data, and technology stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience with Fenergo
  • Exposure to Murex or similar markets platforms
  • Knowledge of General Ledger / finance systems
  • Background in CLM / KYC environments
  • Experience in large-scale data migration or data governance initiatives
