The role:
- Lead multidisciplinary MEP design teams
- Manage clients, budgets, programmes and risks
- Drive technical excellence and sustainable design
- Support bids, business development and sector growth
- Mentor teams and oversee successful project delivery
You will need:
- Chartered status and strong MEP consultancy experience
- Experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects
- Excellent commercial and client-management skills
- Sports venue, stadium or arena experience is highly desirable
- Strong BIM and digital design knowledge
