The team are looking for an Assistant Accountant to support their Financial Controller in a broad and busy role.

- Update Accounts Payable ledgers with invoices across multiple currencies
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Prepare payment files
- Bank reconciliations
- Aged creditor reporting
- Accruals / prepayments at month end
What you'll need to succeed: 1 to 3 years' experience in an AP focussed transactional finance or accounts role. Proactive, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work unsupervised. Good team player, able to work effectively within a small team where ad hoc tasks can arise. Flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in are key. Experience of working with multiple currencies. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to colleagues.
