You will work on litigated and non-litigated files involving serious and life-changing injuries, while collaborating with senior lawyers, medical experts, counsel and rehabilitation professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients. Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims from inception to conclusion. \Progressing litigated and pre-litigation matters efficiently and proactively. \Drafting legal documentation, witness statements and schedules of loss. \Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedural requirements. \You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling personal injury matters, ideally including complex and litigated claims. \Strong litigation and case management skills. \Ambition to develop a career within complex and catastrophic injury litigation. \n In return, you will join a growing and highly respected team offering high-quality work, genuine career progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
