Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading social housing contractor carrying out electrical maintenance and installation works across domestic properties throughout Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance programmes within occupied and void social housing properties.
Your new role:
- Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
- Fault-finding and diagnosing electrical issues
- Consumer unit replacements and upgrades
- Installation of sockets, switches, lighting and other electrical fixtures
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current regulations and company standards
- Completing relevant paperwork and compliance documentation
- Providing excellent customer service when working within tenants' homes
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures on site
What you'll need to succeed:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- ECS/CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
