We are recruiting a Bid Writer to join a growing, ambitious main contractor operating across both the public and private sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a business that is actively expanding its footprint, strengthening its presence on frameworks, and building long-term market reputation.
This role would suit an experienced Bid Writer who wants to be part of a growth journey, helping to shape how the business is presented to clients and stakeholders.
Working as part of the pre-construction and work-winning team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, compelling bid submissions across a range of procurement routes, with a strong focus on public sector frameworks and 2-stage tenders, alongside private sector opportunities:
- Writing and coordinating high-quality PQQ and tender submissions
- Writing and editing content for private sector tenders
- Working closely with estimators, planners, commercial and delivery teams
About You: You will be an experienced Bid Writer with strong construction sector knowledge and a clear understanding of what drives successful submissions:
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer within a construction or built environment business
- Exposure to private sector tendering
- Ambition to grow with a business and help increase its visibility and success rate
