This is a well‑established, Legal 500‑ranked commercial law firm in Liverpool, highly regarded for its high‑quality residential property work. Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its high‑performing department.

Your new role will see you managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, handling transactions from instruction through to completion with a strong focus on client care and commercial awareness. You'll work closely with clients, referrers and colleagues across the wider team, taking ownership of files and contributing to the continued growth of a high‑performing property department.

You'll need to be a confident Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years' experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently, including more complex or high‑value matters. Strong technical knowledge, excellent client care skills and the ability to build and maintain your own network of clients and referrers will be key to thriving in this role.
