As a Manager within the Trusts Tax team, you'll take responsibility for a varied portfolio of trust clients, supported by an experienced leadership group and a strong network of colleagues across the wider tax practice. You'll contribute to the delivery of high-quality compliance and advisory work, participate in client meetings, and provide clear, confident responses to technical queries. You'll also play a key role in developing junior team members, supporting their technical growth and career progression. Flexible working options, including reduced hours and job-share arrangements, are available. You'll bring a solid working knowledge of Trusts Tax and experience managing your own client portfolio. You'll hold a relevant professional qualification (CTA or STEP) with post-qualification experience and be confident in delivering high-quality work to deadlines. Experience in trust and/or private client advisory work, including inheritance tax planning and trust structuring Knowledge of onshore trusts (offshore trust experience is desirable but not required) Most importantly, you'll be committed to your professional development, enjoy building relationships and be ready to contribute to a supportive and ambitious team.
