What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Supporting students of varying abilities, including those with additional needs
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
  • Planning and delivering practical experiments in line with safety procedures
  • Monitoring progress, providing feedback, and supporting academic achievement
  • Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, parents, and carers

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A passion for inclusive education and student development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and committed approach
  • Experience working with SEN / SEMH students would be highly advantageous but is not essential
