This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and is available for an immediate start.
Your new role In this fast-paced finance team, you will play a key role supporting the purchase ledger function and day-to-day finance operations. This role is initially for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices in line with company procedures
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries in a timely manner
- Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring accounts are up-to-date
