Your new role : This is a fantastic opportunity to support children aged 3-5 with Special Educational Needs within a specialist Early Years provision.
You will work closely with a small group of key children, helping them to access learning, develop their communication and social skills, and make progress in a supportive and engaging environment.
You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring children's development, completing observations and assessments, and planning activities that are tailored to their individual needs and interests.
