Your New Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will contribute to a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive environment that supports children's development and early learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework
- Supporting children's development through engaging, child-led activities
- Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Carrying out observations, assessments, and planning
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
- Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
- Supporting daily routines and promoting children's wellbeing
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Experience working with children aged 6 months - 5 years
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for early childhood development
- A positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
