You'll play a key part in delivering an efficient lettings service that reduces void times, minimises rent loss, and supports sustainable tenancies. The role covers end-to-end lettings activity including notices, keys, advertising, allocations, viewings, sign-ups, housing applications, CBL enquiries, tenancy creation, and early tenancy support. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities while ensuring compliance with housing legislation, regulatory standards, safeguarding, and customer-centric service delivery.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Experience in a lettings and/or allocations role.
- Experience using Property Pool, conducting viewings and sign ups.
- Confidence with ICT systems, knowledge of social housing legislation, and experience supporting vulnerable customers are essential.
