We are currently recruiting for a lettings and allocations officer to work within a housing association based in Warrington.
You will support the lettings team with new tenant applications and will support with the onboarding process. You will speak to tenants supporting them with the online portal process and will ensure all the correct documentation is back to complete the compliance process. This is a hybrid role, and you would be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week for team meetings and initially for training. You will be required to work from 9-5pm Monday-Friday.
