You'll be joining a well-respected building services consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality, sustainable and energy-efficient engineering solutions. Their Nottingham team works across a diverse portfolio, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector projects. As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will take a leading role in the delivery of mechanical building services designs from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for producing and reviewing calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports, while ensuring work meets quality and programme expectations. You'll coordinate closely with electrical and multidisciplinary colleagues, represent the consultancy in client and contractor meetings, provide guidance to junior engineers, and support project strategy. The role also involves integrating low-carbon and renewable solutions, carrying out site inspections, and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical standards across the team.
