We are excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated individual to join our community and work with our exceptional students based at Wigston / South Wigston / Braunstone.

We are currently looking to appoint an inspiring and dedicated Instructor/s to work with students that display a range of needs including SEN and SEMH. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join our well established, friendly and supportive team where your input will be key in achieving positive outcomes for our young people.

As an Instructor you will work without direct supervision of a Lead Instructor / Line Manager to provide teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with our policies and procedures. This will include instructing individuals on a 1:1 basis or leading whole class learning activities.

Due to the nature of our provision, a formal teaching qualification is not required, however we are specifically looking for Instructors who can deliver either Functional Skills, Construction, Art, Health Social Care, Childcare, Travel and Tourism or Animal Care.
